*Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs. We use USPS Priority, UPS Ground Residential service, 3 Day UPS, 2 Day UPS, UPS Overnight, Fedex Ground, Fedex 2-day, Fedex overnight, and DHL Overnight Shipping. Ordered items will usually ship the same business day if the order is placed before noon Pacific time - Otherwise it will ship the following day. In some circumstances, shipment could be delayed for reasons beyond our control. If this happens, and the delay in shipping will be over 3 business days, The Bar Stop will contact you and give you the option of canceling the order or continuing with it. Orders to Hawaii and Alaska may be charged an additional amount due to added shipping costs. You will be advised of these costs via e-mail. We do not guarantee shipment dates or delivery dates. If a package is delayed due to issues/problems with a carrier service (UPS, USPS, or Fed Ex) we will not refund your shipping (you will have to address the issue with the shipping company). In some cases we may ship an item via a different method than what you picked if our method will get it to you faster (ie shipping via USPS instead of UPS).
Offers on Free Shipping DOES NOT APPLY to orders shipping to Canada. We usually send packages UPS Standard. The customer is obligated to pay the extra fees for expedited or express shipping. THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR DEALING WITH YOUR CUSTOMS DEPARTMENT. WE WILL NOT CONTACT THEM ON YOUR BEHALF. BEWARE OF THE TAXES THEY CHARGE FOR IMPORTS.

CUSTOMS DUTIES, TAXES, LICENSES:
You are responsible for Import Licenses, Customs-assessed import duties, all local taxes, and in-country delivery fees (if any). We assume no responsibility for these additional charges and caution you that they may be much higher than you expect. We assume no risk for lost international packages. We will not issue a refund if your package is lost outside of the USA.
Packages seized by Customs for your failure to follow local import regulations are not refunded or credited. YOU, the customer, are solely responsible for all compliance with your country's regulations. Packages that are left unclaimed and forfeited to Customs or the carrier are charged to your account in all cases. We will not issue credit for these occurrences.
We ship to the majority of countries in the world, except areas where trading embargoes are established by Federal law. Customers are always advised to be absolutely certain of your import regulations and restrictions when ordering our products. Due to the characteristics and regulatory controls on some of our products, we cannot export controlled items. We CAN NOT SHIP or export under any circumstances Hazardous Materials and Dangerous Goods (pepper spray/stun guns etc). Orders for these items are canceled if received. You are fully responsible for complying with all of your local import regulations. We are required to observe and follow all U.S. Export Regulations and Laws.

PAYMENTS FOR CANADIAN AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

The handling bank automatically calculates exchange rates. If you wish to mail your order, we require payment in full. We do not accept PayPal payments for international orders.
FOREIGN CREDIT CARD ORDERS:
There is a $500 limit on first time purchases with proper documentation Your first international credit card order with us cannot exceed more than $500 U.S. dollars - orders over $500 must pay by other means (wire transfer, money orders, etc.). All orders must be accompanied with a valid phone number and e-mail address and will only be shipped to the billing address on file with the card issuing bank.
ON ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS YOU MUST MAIL OR EMAIL THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION TO OUR OFFICES:
A current copy of the header (top portion only) of your credit card billing statement showing at least the statement date, the account number, the cardholder name, and the banks name, address and phone number. A front and back copy of the credit card used to place the order (ensure bank phone number is legible). A front and back copy of your international identification card or passport. We will not process your order until this information is received. Once the requested information is received please allow 1 to 2 weeks for us to confirm your identity with issuing bank. These measures have been implemented to protect both you, the customer and The Bar Stop. Once you have been verified you will then be considered an "international account" and these steps will not have to be taken. Please note that we reserve the right to request a wire transfer or other forms of payment on any order at our discretion.
RETURN AND WARRANTY POLICY:
Any merchandise purchased from The Bar Stop is fully returnable, if it is still in the original packaging and in unused condition. All returns must clearly show our return authorization number (RA#) on the outside of the package. Returns will not be accepted without a RA#. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. All items that are returned are subject to a restocking fee at the discretion of The Bar Stop.
For damaged merchandise, please inform us within 48 hours after the delivery. All defective merchandise is subject to repair or exchange. The Bar Stop reserves the sole right to make the final determination as to repair or replacement. No refunds are applicable on repair or exchange items. All exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase. Customer is responsible for all freight charges (return freight and re-ship) on returned or exchanged merchandise
All merchandise sold by Desert-Gear is covered by various manufacturers' warranties. Merchandise sold becomes subject to the specific manufacturer's warranty and is not the responsibility of The Bar Stop. All warranty claims must be submitted directly to the manufacturer.
EXCHANGES AND FREE SHIPPING OFFERS:
Any exchange request will incur a new shipping and handling charge. Free shipping offers only apply to the first purchase and not exchanges thereafter. Returns for items shipped under a free shipping special are subject to restocking fees and our cost of shipping on the original order.
